Sinkler founded Unapologetically Strong at the beginning of 2013 as a way to deliver high-impact, far-reaching fitness information fast, and to offer a range of possibilities for those interested in pursuing strength. As part of her work, she studied and became certified in 16 different training modalities in order to be able to teach and talk about exploring movement from a number of different entry points, from bodyweight and kettlebell training to powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting.
She works in conjunction with different makers and collaborators to explore various philosophies and teach practical skills that readers can implement in their own lives, should they wish to.
The idea is options. The path is any one you choose to take. Weaving, winding, backtracking, and branching out are strongly encouraged. As is arriving exactly as you are, finding ways to embody yourself fully, and aligning around values.
